Men's Lacrosse Falls to Purchase on Senior Day

Gabe Reyes was the lone senior honored prior to the game.

La PLUME, Pa. – Gabe Reyes (Rockville, Md./Rockville) tallied five caused turnovers on Senior Day to add to his program-leading career total as the Giants were shutout by Purchase, 15-0, Friday afternoon in non-conference action at the Turf Field Athletic Complex.

Reyes was the lone senior honored before the game and plans to return next year as a graduate assistant.

As for Friday's game, it was a close one through the first 15 minutes with Purchase leading just 2-0, but the Panthers picked up the pace as six different players combined to score eight second-quarter goals to make it an uphill battle for the Giants.

The deficit proved to be too much for Keystone as it was kept off the scoreboard.

The Giants fell to 0-7 overall while Purchase improved to 5-5.
