Men's Soccer Falls at Elmira

The Giants drop to 1-3-0 on the year.

ELMIRA, N.Y. - The Keystone College men's soccer team suffered a 3-0 shutout loss at Elmira College in non-league play on Saturday afternoon.
With the defeat, the Giants drop to 1-3-0 and will return home to host King's College (2-3-0) on Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 7 p.m. for the 2022 home opener. The Soaring Eagles improve to 3-0-1.
On the day, Elmira outshot KC 17-6 as Martin Harguindey enjoyed a hat trick, scoring two first-half goals and one second-half tally.
The match featured 35 fouls and five yellow cards.
Daniel Cook (Hamilton Parish, Bermuda/GED Certificate) paced the Giants' attack with three shots while Luis Arrieta (Miami, Fla./Miami Killian) fired off two.
Erick Gomez (New Orleans, La./John Ehret) suffered the defeat despite making seven saves.
