MORRISTOWN, N.J.- The Keystone College women's basketball team dropped a hard fought CSAC game to St. Elizabeth University by a final score of 60-55. With the loss, Keystone falls to 7-11 (6-5 CSAC). St. Elizabeth improves to 10-7 (8-3 CSAC).
Kwashanti Holmes (Yonkers, N.Y./Woodlands) had a double-double, her second of her career, in tonight's game as she finished with 13 points and 12 rebounds. Both Riley Berry (Margate, Fla./Piper) and Kyleigh Monk (Havre de Grace, Md./John Carroll School) scored 11 points. For St. Elizabeth, Destiny Battle also had a double-double on the night as she led the Eagles with 17 points and 14 rebounds. Kolby Lynch contributed with 16 points and seven rebounds.
The Giants barely outrebounded the Eagles, 46-45. Tonight's games posted 15 lead changes. One technical foul was given during the game. Keystone shot 31 percent from the field.
Keystone will travel to Bryn Athyn College on Saturday, Jan. 28 at 1 p.m. St. Elizabeth will head to Notre Dame of Maryland University on the same day.
