Anderson Scores 1,000th Career Point in Loss to Binghamton

BINGHAMTON, N.Y.- The Keystone College men's basketball team were taken down by Division Binghamton University by a final score of 104-50 Sunday evening at Dr. Bai Lee Court.

Jack Anderson (Davie, Fla./Western) led Keystone with 26 points and shot 10-of-26 from the field which included scoring his 1,000th career point with a driving layup around the halfway point of the second half. Anderson is the 19th Keystone men's basketball player in program history to reach this milestone.

Marcus Bauman (Scranton, Pa./Scranton) finished with 10 points and four rebounds. D'Andre Sutherland (Miramar, Fla./West Broward) and DaShaun Johnson (Montgomery Village, Md./Clarksburg) combined for nine points and seven rebounds.

Binghamton had five players finish in double figures. They were led by Evan Ashe who had 19 points of the bench. In addition, he grabbed three rebounds. Chris Walker added 15 points and seven rebounds while Taveion White concluded the contest with 11 points and eight rebounds. Symir Torrence had a near triple double as he scored ten points, nine assists, and eight rebounds.

The Bearcats shot close to 59 percent from the field and outrebounded the Giants, 58-28.

Keystone heads to the Electric City (Scranton, Pa.) as they go up against Marywood University on Tuesday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m.
