LA PLUME, Pa. – Keystone College defeated the Eagles of St. Elizabeth at home on Saturday afternoon, winning three straight sets with scores of 25-10, 25-13, and 25-13.
Offensively, the Giants were led by Adrianna Derrick (Oklahoma City, Okla./Putnam City) who had 11 kills, closely followed by Rebecca Jackson (Quakertown, Pa./Salem Christian School) and Taylor Hallam (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin East) who each added 10 kills. Tobi West (Hoopeston, Ill./Hoopeston Area) also chalked up three service aces and 33 assists in Saturday's match.
Defensively, Hailey Herneisey (Middletown, Pa./Middletown Area) had 9 digs in the match, which contributed to her latest milestone crossing 600 digs across her career.
Keystone's next match is set to take place on Tuesday evening (Nov. 7) as they will head to Baltimore, MD to take on the Gators of Notre Dame of Maryland University in the United East Skye Division semifinal. This match will start at 7:00 PM.
