NEW YORK, N.Y.- The Keystone College women's basketball secured their second straight win with a 72-58 over The City College of New York Thursday evening at Nat Holman Gymnasium.
Keystone moves to 3-5 while CCNY drops to 1-5.
Riley Berry (Margate, Fla./Piper) had a solid night as she scored 28 points with eight rebounds and was 10-of-19 from the field. Anyah Ortiz (Reading, Pa./Governor Mifflin) recorded her another double-double with 15 points, 13 rebounds, and four assists. Bry Hicks (Lancaster, Pa./Lancaster Catholic) had a double-double as well with 13 points and 15 rebounds. Malaysia Bryant (Harlem, N.Y./Thurgood Marshall) had eight points, six rebounds, and five assists.
The Beavers were led by Anaisa Rosa who provided 19 points, three assists, and three assists. Kasia Morris was a rebound away from a double-double as she scored 15 points, nine rebounds, and four assists. Ashley Colon had 13 points while Anna Vikatos was one point shy of a double-double with nine points and 10 rebounds.
The Giants outrebounded the Beavers, 63-40. Keystone shot an even 39 percent from the field.
Keystone resumes United East Conference play on Saturday, Dec. 9 at Clarks Summit University with game time scheduled for 1 p.m.
