LA PLUME, Pa.- The Keystone College men's lacrosse team suffered a 23-11 defeat at home to Albertus Magnus Thursday afternoon at the Keystone College Turf Field.

With the loss, Keystone drops to 0-5. Albertus Magnus goes to 6-2.

Ryan Smith (Warrington, Pa./Central Bucks South) scored a school-record six goals in today's game. The goals in a game record were previously held by Caleb Strope and Ivor Corlette with five.  

Anthony Hott (Warminster, Pa./William Tennet) tallied a hat trick, one assist, and three groundballs. Izaiah Simon (Tunkhannock, Pa./Tunkhannock Area) tallied two goals and one assist. Gage Foley (Lacombe, Alberta, Canada/Lacombe Composite) contributed with an assist.

Cody Dembski (Agoura Hills, Calif./Agoura) also broke a school record in today's game as he won 27 faceoffs (the record was originally held by Dakota Johnson and Izaiah Simon (Tunkhannock, Pa./Tunkhannock Area) who both tallied 19). Dembski recorded 15 groundballs.

For the visiting Falcons, Matthew Hutchins scored 10 goals and three assists. Jon Olsen had seven goals and 11 assists. Bailey Kirwin tallied a hat trick and four assists off the bench.

The Falcons outshot the Giants 48-46 and had a narrow 40-39 advantage on groundballs.

Keystone will travel to face Purchase College on Saturday, April 1 at 12 p.m.
