Men’s Soccer Drops Nonconference Match to Marywood

LA PLUME, Pa.- Three second half goals would be the difference maker as the Keystone College men's soccer team fell at home to Marywood University 3-0 Sunday afternoon at the Keystone College Turf Field.

Keystone drops to 0-2 with Marywood moving to 2-0.

Hector Camaja Jr. (Palisades Park, N.J./Palisades Park) made four saves in goal. CJ Lampert (Linden, N.J./St. Benedict's Prep) and Eichendorff Joseph (Lake Buena Vista, Fla./Lake Buena Vista) both posted two shots.

The three different goal scorers for the Pacers included Kieran Wilder who scored in the 63rd minute off an assist from Nolan Kozera. Six minutes later, Matt Laudenslager tallied the second goal of off a free kick. Then, Laudenslager found Jason Tordy in the 85th minute for the final goal of the match. 

Marywood narrowly outshot Keystone, 12 -8. The Pacers limited the Giants to three second half shots. Keystone posted a 9-6 advantage on corner kicks. There were four yellow cards given in the match.

Keystone will wrap up their three-game home stand on Wednesday, Sept. 6 at 7 p.m. versus William Paterson University. Marywood will travel to McDaniel College on the same day.
