LA PLUME, Pa.- The Keystone College men's basketball dropped their second consecutive conference game to St. Elizabeth University 93-81 Thursday evening.
Keystone falls to 4-11 (4-3 United East Skye Division). St. Elizabeth is back at .500 with a 7-7 overall record (5-1 United East Skye Division).
Brandon Scott (Cheltenham, Pa./Cheltenham) led the Giants with 17 points, nine rebounds, five assists, and three steals. D'Andre Sutherland (Miramar, Fla./West Broward) had another double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Kamdyn Ayers (Fort Lauderdale, Fla./Western) finished with 13 points, six assists, and four steals. Jack Anderson (Davie, Fla./Western) added 12 points and four rebounds.
D'Angelo Blackmond of the visiting Eagles also had a double-double with 23 points, 14 rebounds. Tye-Rell Monroe contributed with 20 points and four rebounds. Jonathan Ramos posted 17 points, six assists, and five rebounds. Yamere Diggs scored 11 points off the bench.
St. Elizabeth was up by two at halftime and used a 53 points second half to come away with the victory. Keystone shot 39.7 percent from the field. Meanwhile, the Eagles shot 60.7 percent from the field.
Keystone heads to Notre Dame of Maryland University on Saturday, Jan. 13 at 3:30 p.m.
