BALTIMORE, MD – Keystone College men's basketball is coming back victorious after putting away conference opponent Notre Dame of Maryland University with a final score of 81-74.
This win will move the Giants to an overall record of 5-10 on the season with a record of 4-3 in the United East conference. The Gators fall to 1-12 on the season and 1-4 in the conference.
In this afternoon's matchup, Brandon Scott (Cheltenham, Pa./Cheltenham) led the Giants offensively with 23 points and 5 offensive rebounds. Jack Anderson (Davie, Fla./Western) and Kamdyn Ayers (Fort Lauderdale, Fla./Western) each added 4 assists for the Giants. Defensively, Anderson led the team in defensive rebounds with 8 and Scott had 4 steals.
Notre Dame's offense was led by K'Won Johnson who put up 26 points for the Gators. Jackson Pugh also added 6 assists for the Notre Dame on offense. Defensively, Jermaine Koger Jr. led the way with and impressive 7 defensive rebounds, 5 blocks, and 2 steals.
Keystone college men's basketball will be back home on Wednesday, January 24th for another conference game against the Defenders of Clarks Summit University. Game time is set for 6:00 PM.
