LA PLUME, Pa.- The Keystone College women's basketball team secured another United East Conference victory as they took down Clarks Summit University 73-47 Tuesday evening.
Keystone improves to 7-11 (5-6 United East Skye Division) while Clarks Summit drops to 2-14 (1-9 United East Skye Division).
Bry Hicks (Lancaster, Pa./Lancaster Catholic) was dominate on the court as she recorded 22 points with eight rebounds. She went 9-of-14 in the game. Riley Berry (Margate, Fla./Piper) added 16 points with six assists, five rebounds, and five steals. Kameryn Cortinas (Los Banos, Calif./Pacheco) contributed with 12 points, six rebounds, and four assists. Anyah Ortiz (Reading, Pa./Governor Mifflin) scored 10 points.
The Defenders were led by Victoria Hearn who was two rebounds away from a double-double as she had 11 points with eight rebounds. Kylee Miller and Keilani Araniva both scored 10.
Keystone was up 33-28 at the end of the first half and went on a major scoring run in the second which included going on a 12-1 run at the beginning of the third quarter. Keystone outscored Clarks Summit 40-19 in the second half.  The Giants shot an even 46 percent from the field and 40 percent from three.
Keystone heads to Rosemont College on Thursday, Jan. 25 at 7 p.m. for another United East Skye Division showdown.
