ROSEMONT, Pa.- The Keystone College women's basketball team rolled to their eighth win of the season as they defeated Rosemont College 69-43 Thursday evening.
Keystone moves to 8-11 (6-6 United East Skye Division). Rosemont drops to 3-15 (2-9 United East Skye Division).
Bry Hicks (Lancaster, Pa./Lancaster Catholic) had another strong outing as she scored 18 points with nine rebounds and three steals. Malaysia Bryant (Harlem, N.Y./Thurgood Marshall) had 12 points and six rebounds. Anyah Ortiz (Reading, Pa./Governor Mifflin) recorded a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Riley Berry (Margate, Fla./Piper) and Kameryn Cortinas (Los Banos, Calif./Pacheco) combined for 18 points and 22 rebounds.
For Rosemont, Lakay Holloway led the Ravens with 15 points and three steals. Mojisola Shokeye tallied a double-double as she ended the night with 13 points and 12 rebounds.
Keystone shot 41.4 percent from the field, and  heavily outrebounded Rosemont, 61-38.
Both Keystone and Rosemont will square off again on Saturday, Jan. 27 at 1 p.m. in the Gambal Athletic Center.
