Women’s Basketball Enjoys 83-44 Win over Rosemont

LA PLUME, Pa.- The Keystone College women's basketball team rolled their way to another United East victory as they too down Rosemont College 83-44 Saturday afternoon.

Keystone moves to 9-11 (7-6 United East Skye Division) while Rosemont goes to 3-16 (2-10 United East Skye Division).

Bry Hicks (Lancaster, Pa./Lancaster Catholic) once again had a double-double with 19 points and 15 rebounds. Anyah Ortiz (Reading, Pa./Governor Mifflin) also recorded a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Malaysia Bryant (Harlem, N.Y./Thurgood Marshall) added 16 points with five rebounds, four assists, and four steals. Riley Berry (Margate, Fla./Piper) was a rebound away from a double-double as she compiled 10 points, nine rebounds, and five steals. Angelise Sanchez (Atlanta, Ga./Ocoee) had 10 points off the bench.

Mojisola Shokeye and Lakay Holloway both recorded 13 points to lead the Ravens. Shokeye also had seven rebounds and four asissts.

Keystone shot an even 41 percent in this afternoon's contest and outrebounded Rosemont, 64-40.

The Giants will head to Bryn Athyn College on Tuesday, Jan. 30 for a 7 p.m. tip with the Lions.
