LANGHORNE, Pa. – On Saturday afternoon, Keystone's women's soccer team was on the road for a conference matchup against the Highlanders at Cairn University. Cairn University came away with a 6-0 win over the Giants.
Riley Terrano (Williamsport, Pa./Williamsport Area) and Abigail Bateman (Edmeston, N.Y./Edmeston Central) held Keystone's only shots for the night, with Bateman having the only shot on goal. Annie Metzger (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg Area) tallied seven saves and allowed six goals as she played the full 90 minutes as the team's goalkeeper.
Cairn's Juliana Condurso scored twice on her only two shots and led the team in goals with two of the six total. Other goals were picked up by Paige Noble, Em Kuansongtham, Macie Starr, and Josey Smith. Rhian Erspamer spent half of the game in net for the Highlanders and picked up one save.
Women's soccer will be on the road again on Tuesday, October 22nd to take on the Wildcats at Penn College. This game is slated for 5:00 p.m.
