WILLIAMSPORT, Pa.- The Keystone College women's soccer team dropped their final road contest of the season to Penn College 9-0 Tuesday afternoon at UMC Field.
Keystone falls to 2-11 (0-6 United East) while Penn College moves to 13-0-4 (5-0-2 United East).
Goalkeeper Annie Metzger (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg Area) made seven saves in goal for the Giants.
The Wildcats were led by Cassie Johnson and Megan Kurian who both scored hat tricks. Olivia Casella added two goals and Hayliegh Klinger chipped in with one. Kurian had a match high three assists and Kathryn Dunn contributed an assist as well.
Penn College posted a 26-1 advantage on shots. Abigail Bateman (Edmeston, N.Y./Edmeston Central) tallied the lone shot for Keystone. The Wildcats notched nine corner kicks in the contest.
The Giants conclude the 2024 campaign on Saturday, Oct. 26 at home against the University of Valley Forge. Match time is scheduled for 12 p.m. The team will honor its seniors prior to the start of the match.
