MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.- The Keystone College baseball team dropped a 6-3 contest with SUNY Brockport Friday afternoon in Ripken Experience.
Keystone drops to 0-3 while Brockport snagged their first win of the and moves to 1-2.
Jacob Yager (Grahamsville, N.Y./Tri-Valley) and Darren Hagan (Aston, Pa./Garnet Valley) both picked up three hits this afternoon. Justin Mann (St. John's, Fla./Bartram Trail) tallied a two-RBI single while Josh Parks (Maple Valley, Wash./Tahoma) picked up an RBI. Andy Rivas (Bronx, N.Y./Academy for Language and Technology) and Bobby Pokorney (Margate, Fla./J.P. Taravella) recorded a base knock.
Quinn Holt (North Wales, Pa./North Penn) earned the start and went three innings with three strikeouts. Aidan Pawlak (Brooklyn, N.Y./Millennium Brooklyn) and Cruz Hamilton (Scottsdale, Ariz./Cactus Shadows) appeared in relief with Hamilton recording a strikeout. Â
The Giants wrap up their trip to Myrtle Beach tomorrow afternoon when they face Manchester University at 12 p.m.
