LA PLUME, Pa.- The Keystone College men's lacrosse team dropped their nonconference finale to Marywood University 15-8 Wednesday evening at the Keystone College Turf Field.
Keystone drops to 3-7 while Marywood moves to 2-6.
Ryan Smith (Warrington, Pa./Central Bucks South) both scored hat tricks while Wallace added an assist. Abe Wallace (Okotoks, Alberta, Canada/Foothills Composite) added one goal and two assists for the Giants. Wilson Ingalls (Okotoks, Alberta, Canada/Holy Trinity Academy) found the back of the net in the contest.
For Marywood, Nick Ericson had a stellar night as he scored six goals with two assists and four ground balls. In addition, he won 15 faceoff attempts. Dillon Kane chipped in with a game high six assists.
The Pacers outshot Keystone, 74-33. They also had a 56-36 advantage on ground balls.
The Giants will now prepare for their United East Conference opener this Saturday, Mar. 30 at 1 p.m. at Bryn Athyn College.
