CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – Keystone College baseball is coming back from Wilson College with their first conference loss of the season, losing 5-0 to the Phoenix.
The bats were slow for Keystone as they ended the day with only four hits, each coming off the bat of four different players.
Sean Brennan (Hatfield, Pa./North Penn) was the starting pitcher for this matchup and pitched six innings, giving up three earned runs on eight hits. Matthew McElligott (Columbus, OH/Bishop Hartley) came in to relieve Brennan and gave up five hits, two runs, and one earned run in his time on the mound.
Keystone will be facing Wilson College at home on Sunday, April 14th in a double-header scheduled to start at 12:00 PM.
