LA PLUME, Pa.- The Keystone College men's soccer team dropped their season opener to King's College (PA) 3-0 Friday evening at the Keystone College Turf Field.

Keystone drops to 0-1 while King's improves to 1-0.

Keystone goalkeeper Landon Keller (Provo, Utah/Timpview) made 10 saves in his first collegiate start. All of the Monarch's goals were scored in the second half as Philip Permyashkin, Shane Serio, and Gunhvur Singh all tallied goals while Serio, Cameron Jones, and Santaigo Javadpour contributed with one assist.

King's had a 20-6 advantage on shots and a narrow 5-3 margin on corner kicks. Two yellow cards were given in the season opener.

The Giants will remain home as they host the University of Pitt.-Bradford on Sunday, September 1 at 2 p.m.
