EDWARDSVILLE, Pa.- The Keystone College men's soccer dropped a nail-biter to Wilkes University by a final score of 1-0 Tuesday evening at Schmidt Stadium.
Keystone drops to 1-4 while Wilkes moves to 2-3-1.
Freshman goalkeeper Landon Keller (Provo, Utah/Timpview) made two saves for the Giants tonight. Wilkes's lone goal came from Elijah Emedoh-Kaba who scored with 14 seconds left in the first half with Xavier Guerreiro earning the assist.
The Colonels outshot the Giants, 10-6 with Keystone recording four shots on goal. Morade Mama (Jersey City, N.J./Hudson Catholic) tallied a team high two shots on goal. Wilkes posted a 10-1 margin on corner kicks.
Keystone will return home to face Centenary University (N.J.) on Sunday, Sept. 15 at 4 p.m.
