ALLENTOWN, Pa.- The Keystone College women's basketball team won their final regular season road game as they defeated Cedar Crest College 59-38 Tuesday evening.
Tamari Hubbard (Bronx, N.Y./Mott Haven) led the way with 17 points and three rebounds. Izzy Rosario (Bethlehem, Pa./Bethlehem Catholic) recorded 13 points and five steals. Iysis Nickens (Bethlehem, Pa./Liberty) provided 10 points, four rebounds, and three steals off the bench. Malaysia Bryant (Harlem, N.Y./Thurgood Marshall) grabbed a game high 11 rebounds.
Cedar Crest's top scorer was Caylie Long who had 11 points and seven rebounds. Bryanna Rivera and Rachel Bilger combined for 19 points.
The Giants led 27-19 at the break and went on a 32-19 run in the second half to pull away with the victory. Keystone shot 37.3 percent (22-of-59) on the floor. In addition, they scored 28 points off turnovers.
Keystone (15-9, 9-6 United East) will close out the regular season on Saturday, Feb. 15 as they host Penn State Brandywine on Senior Day at 1 p.m.
