BRADFORD, Pa.- The Keystone College men's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to the University of Pitt.-Bradford Wednesday afternoon in the team's first road contest of the year.
The Panthers two tallies came from Bailee Verdill who scored in the 31st minute from a pass by Kyle Carlsen. Zhennan Sun added the insurance goal for Bradford in the 73rd minute with Yihao Xu being credited with the assist.
Goalkeeper Kolten McVean (Dickinson, Tex./Dickinson) made four saves in the defeat.
Pitt.-Bradford led in shots, 15-3. Leo Arrieta (Miami, Fla./Miami Killian), Chris Roca (Palisades Park, N.J./Palisades Park), and Bethson Fuentes (Dale City, Va./Garfield) recorded one shot on goal. Both teams had one corner kick. Five yellow cards were issued.
Keystone (1-3) heads to Centenary University (N.J) on Sunday.
