Men’s Soccer Suffers 4-0 Setback at Centenary

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J.- The Keystone College men's soccer team dropped their fourth straight match as they loss to Centenary University 4-0 Sunday afternoon.

The Cyclones had four different goal scorers today as Brian Osorio notched the first tally of the match in the 36th minute from a feed by Sean Quinones.

Centenary added three goals in the second half as Harison Samayoa Lopez broke through with a goal in the 61st minute off an assist from Brandon Morales. Three minutes later, Lopez would find Brian Moreira for an insurance third goal. Christopher Chavarria closed out the scoring with an 81st minute goal with Elliott Tillinghast.

Kolten McVean (Dickinson, Tex./Dickinson) made nine saves in the defeat.

The Cyclones outshot the Giants 27-8 with a 13-3 margin of shots on goal. Brayan Rodriguez (Keyport, N.J./Keyport) led the team with three shots. Centenary had a 9-4 advantage on corner kicks. Four yellow cards were issued.

Keystone (1-4) hosts Washington Adventist University Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 4 p.m.
