LA PLUME, Pa.- The Keystone College men's soccer snapped their four-game losing streak as they defeated Washington Adventist 3-1 Tuesday afternoon.
The Giants tallied two first half goals as Bethsoon Fuentes crossed a ball into the box where Keon Morris (Tobyhanna, Pa./Pocono Mountain West) would head in into the back of the net in the 9th minute. Morris would later find Brayan Rodriguez (Keyport, N.J./Keyport) as he would score his first collegiate goal in the 20th minute.
The Shock would make it a one-goal game as Bryan Sanchez Rodriguez found the back of the net in the 62nd minute. Keystone was able to ice the game as Lenskey Raoul (Neptune Township, N.J./Neptune) provided an unassisted tally in the 75th minute.
Kolten McVean (Dickinson, Tex./Dickinson) made a career high 10 saves in the win.
Washington Adventist held a 21-13 margin on shots and a 7-1 advantage on corner kicks. Four yellow cards were given in the contest.
Keystone (2-4) begins a four-game road stand which starts Saturday, Sept. 20 against SUNY Cobleskill
