LA PLUME, PA- Keystone College baseball has announced changes to its coaching staff as the Giants welcome Bobby Lasbury as Director of Baseball Operations and former Giant Quinn Holt (North Wales, Pa./North Penn) as the program's new pitching coach.

The changes come following the departures of Brian Del Rosso and Cameron Hale, who have each earned opportunities at the NCAA Division I level. Del Rosso has accepted a position as the pitching coach at Mount St. Mary's University, while Hale has joined Gonzaga University as an assistant pitching coach.

Del Rosso, a former Keystone student-athlete, has been an important part of the Giants' baseball program as both a player and coach. As a player, he was a member of Keystone's historic 2011 team that advanced to the NCAA Division III World Series and finished third nationally. He later returned to his alma mater as a coach, bringing extensive pitching and player-development experience to the Giants.

Hale, a 2024 Keystone graduate, also made a significant impact on the program as both a student-athlete and coach. During his time with the Giants, Hale was part of two conference championship and NCAA Tournament teams before transitioning into the coaching ranks. His experience also includes work with the Brewster Whitecaps, where he gained valuable experience in baseball operations and player development.

Stepping into the Director of Baseball Operations role is Lasbury, who brings collegiate playing experience and a background in player development to Keystone.

Lasbury played at UConn Avery Point before continuing his collegiate career at Iona University. He also spent time playing in the Cape Cod Baseball League as a member of the 2024 Brewster Whitecaps.

Most recently, Lasbury served as the Director of Pitching Development at BSportsPerformance, where he worked with athletes in their development. His combination of playing experience and player-development background will provide valuable experience to the Giants' coaching staff.

Holt returns to Keystone after completing his collegiate playing career at Utah Valley University in 2026. A former Giant from 2024-25, Holt brings a unique perspective to the pitching coach position after experiencing the Keystone program as a student-athlete.

Holt joined Keystone after playing at Harford Community College in 2023 and quickly established himself as a key member of the Giants' pitching staff. During his time at Keystone, Holt earned United East Pitcher of the Week honors after throwing six scoreless innings with just one hit allowed and 12 strikeouts against Penn State Berks in April 2025.

He continued his playing career at Utah Valley, where he finished his collegiate career in 2026. Holt has also spent time competing in the Cape Cod Baseball League and Coastal Plain League, earning Coastal Plain League All-Star honors and Pitcher of the Game honors in the CPL All-Star Game.

With Lasbury taking over baseball operations and Holt returning to La Plume to lead the pitching staff, the Giants enter the next chapter of Keystone baseball with a coaching staff that combines collegiate playing experience, player development and a strong connection to the program.

The transition marks a new chapter for Keystone Baseball, while continuing a tradition of developing coaches and student-athletes who go on to compete at the highest levels of the game. With Lasbury bringing his player-development experience to the Giants and Holt returning to his alma mater to lead the pitching staff, Keystone enters the next chapter with a coaching staff ready to build on the foundation established by Del Rosso and Hale and continue moving the program forward.
