Biography
2016...CSAC All-Sportsmanship Team. CSAC Fall All-Academic Team. Ran in seven of the team's eight races on the season. Best 6K time was a 28:16 at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championship. Top 5K mark was a 25:16 at the CSAC Championships. Best result was a 28th place finish at the season-opening CSAC Championship Preview Meet on September 3rd. Finished 35th at the CSAC Championships and 302nd at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships.
2015...CSAC Fall All-Academic Team. Competed in all seven meets in the fall. Best 6K time was a 28:39 at the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University. Top 5K mark was a 24:15 at the CSAC Championships which was good for a 36th place finish. Best 4K time was a 18:44 at the Long Short Invitational hosted by Dicksinson College. Finished 301st at the NCAA Mideast Regionals (6K) with a time of 29:22.
2014-15...(Track & Field) Won the 400 meter dash at the CSAC Invitational, was fourth in the 200 meter dash, and was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished second. Broke the 400 meter school record and was a member of the school record-setting 4x400 meter relay team.
2014...CSAC Fall All-Academic Team. Ran a time of 33:24 at the Lock Haven University Invitational (6K) on September 27th in her only competiton of the fall which was the 38th fastest 6K time in program history.
2013-14...(Track & Field) Was a member of the 4x200 meter relay team that set an indoor school record with a time of 1:48.88 and was also part of record-breaking 4x400 meter relay team that recorded a school record time of 4:23.56.
During the outdoor season, was part of the 4x100 meter relay team that set a new program-best mark with a time of 50.42 seconds as well as the 4x200 meter relay squad that also broke a school record with a time of 1:46.24.

High School...Member of Wyoming Valley West Track Team, grades 7-12. Member of Wyoming Valley West Indoor Track Team, grades 9-12. Went to districts for the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, and 4x100 meter relay, grades 7-12. High Honors with Distinction. Honors/AP classes.
