Biography
2016...Ran in six races in the fall. Best time was a 36:30 at the 11th Annual Saints Invitational hosted by Emmanuel College on October 14. Top result was a 55th place showing at the season-opening CSAC Championship Preview Meet on September 3rd. Finished 60th at the CSAC Championships (8K) with a time of 38:30 and was 342nd at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships (8K) with a mark of 36:33.
2015...Competed in all seven meets in the fall. Posted fastest 8K time of the year with a 30:32 at the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University. Top 5K mark was a 20:14 at the CSAC Preview Meet at McDade Park. Finished 26th at the CSAC Championships (8K) with a time of 33:36 before placing 299th at NCAA Mideast Regionals (8K) with a mark of 31:30.
2014...Second Team All-Conference. Finished 14th at the CSAC Championships (8K) with a time of 29:29, his fastest 8K time of the season and the 32nd best 8K performance in program history. Placed 272nd at NCAA Regionals (8K) with a time of 30:30.4.Â
2013...Placed 30th at the CSAC Championships with a time of 32:09. Best time of the season was a 29:38 at the Lock Haven University Invitational, the 33rd best time in school history.
Is also a member of Keystone's men's track & field team.
