2014...First Team All-Conference. Fall 2014 CSAC All-Academic Team. Named CSAC Runner of the Week for weeks ending September 21st, September 28th, and October 18th.  Named to CSAC Runner of the Week Honor Roll for weeks ending August 31st, September 7th, and October 5th.  Finished 2nd at the CSAC Championships (8K) with a time of 26:33.  Led Keystone with a 49th place finished at NCAA Regionals (8K) with a time of 26:14.7.  Best 8K time was a 25:41 at the Lock Haven University Invitational on September 27th.

2013...Earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic honors. Selected to the  USTFCCCA Mideast All-Region team.  First Team All-Conference. Fall 2013 CSAC All-Academic Team. Named CSAC Runner of the Week for weeks ending September 1st, 8th, 22nd, and October 13th. Was also named to the CSAC Runner of the Week Honor Roll for the weeks ending October 6th and October 20th.  Won the Highlander Invitational hosted by Cairn University with a course record time of 26:14. Won the CSAC Championshp Preview Meet.

Placed 3rd at CSAC Championships with a time of 27:09.  Set a new school record with a time of 25:23 at NCAA Regionals to finish 20th overall.

2012...First Team All-Conference. Fall 2012 CSAC All-Academic Team. Placed fifth at CSAC Championships with a time of 28:01. Finished 74th at NCAA Regionals with a time of 27:10.9. Best 8K time was a 26:33 at Gettysburg Invitational, which was the second fastest time in program history.

2011...Second Team All-Conference selection...Was Keystone's top male finisher in all eight competitions...Best 8K time was 28:21, which he accomplished twice, both times at DeSales, with the second time coming in the NCAA Regional.
