Paul Petriello

The 2017-18 season was Paul Petriello's third year as the head men's golf coach at Keystone CollegeĀ  He was selected to guide the Giants on February 1, 2016.

This past year, the Giants went 1-4 in dual-match competition and placed seventh in the nine-team field at the Colonial States Athletic Conference championships, shooting a 27-hole total of 629.Ā  Junior Jacob Mitchell was Keystone's top finisher, placing 24th overall, and was named to the conference's all-sportsmanship team.Ā 

In the spring of 2017 Keystone finished in a tie for sixth place at the Colonial States Athletic Conference Championships after the team went 0-5 in dual matches.Ā  Petreillo guided senior Race Sick to a first place over finish at the 4th Annual Anthracite Golf Association Invitational featuring golfers from institutions throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. Three of Petreillo's golfers would go on to earn CSAC All-Academic Team honors for excellence in the classroom. Ā 

In his first season at Keystone in 2016,Ā  Petriello led the Giants to a 3-2 record in head-to-head matches and a sixth place finish at the CSAC Championships played at the Elmhurst Country Club.

An avid golfer in the local area, Petriello brings more than a decade of professional leadership to Keystone’s men’s golf program with extensive experience in sales, management, and marketing while working in the medical device and biotechnology field.Ā  Petriello currently is employed by GlaxoSmithKline Biologics as a Payer Relations-Reimbursement Manager where he previously served as a Senior Executive Immunology Account Manager.

Petriello founded and was president of PJP Investments from 2007-2009 before joining King Specialty Pharmaceuticals.Ā  Prior to that, he was promoted to four leadership position with Johnson & JohnsonĀ  and also spent nearly a decade with Schering Plough as a specialist and as a sales representative.Ā 
Ā 
Petriello, who has also coached youth baseball and basketball, is a member of the Alumni Association at Penn State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor Management Relations before pursuing graduate studies in Managed Health Care at Marywood University.Ā  Petriello also holds a Cardiology Medical Preceptorship from Northwestern University.
