Keystone College Athletics

2015...Competed in three meets on the year, posting a 23:38 in the season-opening Misericordia University Invitational (4K), a 26:18 in the CSAC Preview Meet at McDade Park (5K), and a 28:53 in the Highlander Invitational hosted by Cairn University (6K).

2014...First Team All-Conference. Named to CSAC Runner of the Week Honor Roll for weeks ending September 28th and October 5th.  Placed 6th at the CSAC Championships (6K) with a time of 23:58.  Led Keystone with a 200th place finish at the NCAA Regionals (6K) with a time of 25:48.1.  Fasted 8K time was a 23:53 at the Lock Haven University Invitational on September 27th which was the second fastest 6K time in program history.  Top 4K mark was a 16:26 in the season-opening Misericordia University Invitational on August 29th. 

2013...First Team All-Conference. Named to CSAC All-Sportsmanship Team. Named to CSAC Runner of the Week Honor Roll for week ending October 13th.  Finished 7th at CSAC Championships with a time of 20:58.  Placed 134th at NCAA Regionals with a time of 24:16.  Best 5K time was a CSAC Championships, the 7th fastest time in school history.  Best 6K time was at the NCAA Regional Meet, the 2nd fastest time in program history.

2012...Placed 24th at CSAC Championships with a time of 23:57.5. Ran a time of 27:33.1 to place 243rd at the NCAA Regionals, finishing at Keystone's top runner. Best 6K time was a 26:20 at the Gettysburg Invitational, which was the 8th fastest time in program history. Ran a 21:51 at the Cairn Invitational, the 10th fastest 5K time in program history.

Is also a member of Keystone's women's track & field team.
