Daphne Leenas

Daphne Leenas ‘20 has been named assistant field hockey & women’s lacrosse coach for the Keystone College Giants.

Leenas - who was the 2020 Keystone College Outstanding Graduate - was a captain of both the field hockey & women's lacrosse teams. Leenas graduated with dual majors in criminal justice & psychology.

Leenas helped the Giants win the 2018 CSAC title in field hockey and guided the Giants to a pair championship game appearances in 2019 (field hockey & women's lacrosse).

During her four years on the field hockey team, Leenas helped guide the Giants to a 38-34 record, going 20-8 in CSAC play, including a perfect 14-0 league mark the last 2 years. Leenas finished her career starting 70 contests and made 22 defensive saves.

Leenas was named the 2019 CSAC Defensive Player of the Year, 1st Team All-CSAC, Longstreth/NFHCA Division III South Atlantic All-Region 2nd Team & was named a 2019 Zag Field Hockey/NFHCA Division III Scholar of Distinction.

For the women's lacrosse squad, Leenas was named the 2019 CSAC Defensive Player of the Year & 1st Team All-CSAC after leading Keystone to a 12-4 record, going 10-0 in league play. 

In her four seasons of lacrosse, Leenas finished with a 24-21 mark (18-9 CSAC) with 460 career saves.
