Ryan Livingston

The 2017 season was Ryan Livingston’s fourth season as the assistant coach for Keystone College’s volleyball team. During his time with the program, the Giants have posted an 67-52 overall record while going 31-13 in Colonial States Athletic Conference matches. Livingston has also helped lead Keystone to three-straight CSAC semifinal appearances.

During the fall of 2017, Livingston aided the program to a 14-17 overall record including an 8-3 mark in conference matches.  The Giants earned the #4 seed in the CSAC playoffs and advanced to the CSAC semifinal round for the third year in a row following a thrilling, five-set win over #5 Immaculata University in a first round postseason matchup on Keystone's home court.

In 2016, Livingston helped guide Keystone to a 21-10 overall record including a program-best 10-1 mark in CSAC play.  The Giants earned the #2 seed in the CSAC playoffs along with a first round bye and advanced to the CSAC title match where the dropped a tough, five-set decision at top-seeded Cabrini University to claim CSAC Runner-Up honors for the first time in program history.

Livingston helped lead Keystone their first-ever CSAC playoff appearance in 2015 as the Giants went 21-7 overall and earned the #3 seed in the postseason tournament with a 9-2 record in conference play.  Keystone won their first round playoff match over Notre Dame of Maryland University before falling to Neumann University in the CSAC semifinals.  In Livingston's first year with the program in 2014, the Giants posted an 11-18 overall record including a 4-7 mark in Colonial States Athletic Conference play.

Prior to joining Keystone's staff, Livingston served as the coach for Northeast Alliance Volleyball Club’s 18U girls team and as an assistant with the Nanticoke Area High School’s girls' and boys' varsity volleyball teams.

Livingston is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College, where he received his bachelor’s degree in pre-med and music.  He was also a standout, four-year starter and two-year co-captain setter for the men’s volleyball team, where he played under current Keystone head coach Nicole Wentz.  While earning his master’s degree at Pennsylvania State University, Livingston served as a volunteer practice assistant with the women’s volleyball team.

Professionally, Livingston has been involved in various facets of medical sales for the last 10 years, and in his free time, plays volleyball competitively throughout the regional open circuit.

Livingston resides in Olyphant with his two children, Michaela and Nate.
