Aaron McGinty

Aaron McGinty brings over 15 years of coaching experience at the NFL, professional, and collegiate levels to Keystone College, where he serves as Defensive Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, and Giant For Life Coordinator.

His career includes championship-winning stops with the Philadelphia Eagles — capturing a Super Bowl LIX title — and the Seattle SeaDragons of the XFL, where his defense led the league in scoring defense. He has coached with the Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Arizona Cardinals, and at the collegiate level with programs such as Williams College, Rhodes College, College of the Holy Cross, Seton Hill, Millsaps College, and Willamette University, producing nationally ranked units in pass defense, rush defense, and red zone defense. Along the way, he has developed 23 all-conference selections and three National Team honorees.

Beyond the sideline, McGinty’s leadership extends to academic success and life skills programming, helping student-athletes prepare for success long after their playing days. A participant in the NFL–NCAA Coaches Academy, he is completing his Master of Science in Sports Leadership Management at Keystone.

His professional background also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for a high-end residential real estate development firm in Atlanta, where he oversaw acquisition, renovation, and sale of multiple projects. Known for his ability to build winning cultures and develop people, McGinty brings a proven record of excellence, preparation, and mentorship to the Giants football program and the Keystone community.
