Jesse Novatski was selected the head women's soccer coach at Keystone College in May 2025.
Novatski began working as a full-time player-development coach with the New York Red Bulls Youth Programs in 2015. After relocating to West Chester Pa., he became lead coach, Junior Academy Program Director, and Summer Select Program Director at 360 Sports.
After moving back to northeastern Pennsylvania, he was head coach for the Abington Heights Junior High School soccer team for two seasons before taking on the assistant coaching position at Penn State University Scranton in 2019.
Additionally, Novatski has been an EPYSA ODP staff coach since 2019. As former Regional Director under the Philadelphia Union Youth Programs, he assisted in the implementation of camps and affiliations in the Scranton and Wilkes-Barre areas. He has been a US Youth Soccer East Region support staff coach since 2024.
Novatski was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and came to the United States at the age of five. Locally, the youth soccer clubs he developed under were the Pittston Stoners, Northeast Attack, Abington SC and EPYSA ODP. He competed in the Super Y League with Super Nova FC, playing under Niki Nikolic and JT Dorsey. Novatski played school ball at Abington Heights under Pennsylvania Soccer Hall of Fame Coach Dennis Mishko, former All-American player, Aaron Palczewski, and former professional player, Brian Marshall.
Novtaski was selected to train and play in Argentina prior to his graduation from Abington Heights High School. Abroad, he played against Newell’s Old Boys, Club Atlético Rosario Central, Club Atlético River Plate, and Club Atlético Boca Juniors. In his senior year, he was team captain, received the Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award, and made the League-First team as well as the All-Region team.
Novtaski went on to play in college at Kutztown University and Keystone College (under Coach Winga Siwale). He graduated from Millersville University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in speech communication.
