Justin Cardamone returns to Keystone College for the upcoming 2026 soccer season, rejoining on the women's soccer program as an assistant coach.
Cardamone brings a wealth of coaching experience from both collegiate and youth levels. Most recently, he served as the assistant men's soccer coach at Marywood University from the 2021 through the 2024 seasons. During his tenure at Marywood, the program achieved significant milestones, including:
- Hosting its first-ever home playoff match in the Atlantic East Conference in 2023
- Securing consecutive playoff qualifications in the NCAA Division III Atlantic East Conference from 2022-2024
- Earning the AEC Men’s Soccer Team Academic Award in 2021 for the highest team GPA (3.2)
Prior to his time at Marywood, Cardamone made a significant impact as the assistant coach for the Keystone College men’s program from the 2017 to the 2021 soccer seasons. He played a pivotal role in guiding the Giants through one of the most successful periods in the college's 122-year history. Under his assistance, Keystone reached the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) playoffs in all three seasons, notably capturing the program's first-ever CSAC title in 2018.
Beyond the collegiate ranks, Cardamone is actively involved in youth soccer development. He currently serves as the head staff coach for the Eastern Pennsylvania U-14 Women’s Olympic Development Program (ODP) for the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association (EPYSA), where his teams compete at regional and national levels. His commitment to youth development also extends to local youth soccer club organizations. Earlier in his career, Cardamone contributed as an academy coach for the Major League Soccer organization, the New York Red Bulls, working with their training programs and RDS Schools.

- Coaching Licenses:Â United Soccer Coaches Premier License, Director of Coaching, Goalkeeper Level III License, and a U.S. Soccer National C License, along with various other United Soccer Coaches and U.S. Soccer Licenses
- Officiating:Â PIAA Official and SAY Soc??cer Official
Academically, Cardamone is an alumnus of Keystone College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in secondary education with a minor in mathematics in 2012. He furthered his education by completing a Master's of Science from Wilkes University in 2015, graduating Summa Cum Laude with highest honors.
