Wrestling Competes at Muhlenberg’s Scotty Wood Duals

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Nov. 17, 2018 - The Keystone College wrestling team competed at Muhlenberg's Scotty Wood Duals on Saturday.

The Giants squared off against Lackawanna College, Washington & Jefferson, No. 19 Central and Temple.

Lackawanna 42, Keystone 17

Against Lackawanna, sophomore Colby Bronzburg (Bloomsburg, Pa./Bloomsburg) won by forfeit at 141 pounds as did freshman Alec Talanca (Berwick, Pa./Berwick) at 165 pounds.

Freshman Jason Jones (Hellertown, Pa/Saucon Valley) won by technical fall, 15-0, at 157 pounds over Tim Molock (3:43).

W&J 51, Keystone 6

Versus the Presidents, Bronzburg won by fall over Vincent Palm (1:22).

No. 19 Central 54, Keystone 3

Against Central, Jones won by decision, 3-1, over Devin Dilley.

Keystone 30, Temple 12

In the consolation bracket against the Owls, Bronzburg won by fall over Andy Yoon (:18) as did Talanca over Joe Gormley (:51). Jones won by decision, 6-5, over Nick Sigismondi.

Freshman John Hooper (Hanover, Pa./Hanover Area) won by decision against Dan Esenov, 3-2, and freshman Isaac Medina (Bethlehem, Pa./Freedom) won by fall over George Marte (2:15).
