La PLUME, Pa.—Keystone College handed Immaculata University its first loss in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) action Saturday at Edmunds Field.
The Giants built up a 7-2 lead and held off a late rally for a 7-6 win in the opener, but the Mighty Macs returned the favor in the nightcap, cruising to a 10-1 victory in six innings.

Shannon Lloyd (King of Prussia, Pa./Archbishop John Carroll) belted a three-run home run and freshman
Paige Mokychic (Beaumont, Pa./Tunkhannock Area), senior
Ryleigh Fitch (Springville, Pa./Tunkhannock Area), and sophomore
Mariah Loughney (Jermyn, Pa./Lakeland) finished with two hits apiece for Keystone in the first game. Sophomore pitcher
Ashley Constable (Bangor, Pa./Bangor Area) struck out five in 6.1 innings to earn her first win of the season and sophomore reliever
Abby Aniska (Scott Township, Pa./Lakeland) picked up the save by getting a strikeout to end the game after Immaculata sliced a five-run deficit down to one and had runners on second and third.
Senior Annemarie Bartow led the Mighty Macs with three hits, including a triple, and drove in two runs and sophomore Ashley Ray hit a solo home run in the fifth inning. Sophomore Michaela Petito belted two hits as Immaculata finished with 11 overall.
In the second game, freshman pitcher Emma Bischoff struck out 12 batters and allowed just four hits as the Mighty Macs jumped out to a 4-0 lead after two innings and broke it up with three-run rallies in the fourth and sixth innings. Bartow and sophomore catcher Emily Mesey sparked Immaculata's 13-hit attack with three hits apiece and sophomore Leigh Ann Brocious and freshman Keani Hindle chipped in two hits apiece. Brocious also drove in three runs and Petito and Mesey knocked in a pair.
The Giants got on the scoreboard in the bottom of the sixth when Mokychic blasted a solo home run to right field, her third of the season. Senior

Samantha Monetti (Toms River, N.J./Toms River North) and
Alyssa Hughes (Sellersville, Pa./Pennridge) had Keystone's other three hits.
Keystone, now 5-13 overall and 4-4 in the conference, will host Gwynedd Mercy University in a CSAC doubleheader tomorrow afternoon at Edmunds Field beginning at 2:00 p.m. Immaculata is now 11-9 overall and 5-1 in the CSAC.
