La PLUME, Pa. – The Keystone College baseball team jumped out to a 13-1 lead on Tuesday and held off a ninth-inning rally by visiting Immaculata University to win 13-9 in non-conference action at Christy Mathewson Field.
With the win, the Giants improve to 19-12 and will head to Susquehanna University tomorrow at 4 p.m. The Mighty Macs fall to 20-15.
Keystone finished with 17 hits as senior
Chris Panzarella (Hazle Township, Pa./Hazleton Area) went 4-for-5 with three runs scored and two doubles. Junior
Ryan Callahan (Highland Mills, N.Y./Monroe-Woodbury) turned in a 3-for-4 day while senior
Dakota McFadden (Rocky Point, NC/Heide Trask) went 2-for-5 with three RBI.

Nick Carlini (Clarks Summit, Pa./Abington Heights) and senior
Ronald Medina (Bronx, NY/Dewitt Clinton) both went 2-for-4 with one RBI while senior
Mohammed Hussein (Queens, NY/William C. Bryant) and junior
Joe Fichera (Mahopac, N.Y./Mahopac) each drove in two runs.
On the hill, junior right-handed pitcher
Jared Rowley (Dover, Del./Dover) earned the start and his second win of the year, tossing six innings while allowing just two hits and no earned runs, striking out three. Rowley forced 11 flyouts and four grounds on 80 pitches.
