La Plume – The Keystone College Department of Athletics has announced a change in its leadership.

Keystone's new Director of Athletics is Ryan Novitsky. He replaces Matthew Grimaldi, who is no longer affiliated with the college.
 
Novitsky has served as Keystone's Sports Information Director since 2018 and has held several positions within athletic department management at Susquehanna University, SUNY New Paltz and Chatham University.
 
Novitsky is a 2011 graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a bachelor's degree in sport management and earned his master's degree in communications from Chatham University in 2019. He  resides in Factoryville and is a native of Weatherly, Pa.
