CRESSON, Pa. - The Keystone College women's lacrosse team scored five second-half goals in Wednesday's 15-6 road defeat at Mount Aloysius College.
The Giants fall to 1-5 and will return home to host Sweet Briar in the team's CSAC opener on Saturday, April 8 at 10 a.m. The Mounties improve to 2-5.
Makayla Batts (New Oxford, Pa./New Oxford) and Lillian Kennedy-Butler (Bel Air, Md./John Carroll School) both notched two goals apiece, combining for 11 shots and six ground balls.Â
Meaghan Drennan (Drums, Pa./Hazleton Area) and Vicky Mainero (Francisco Alvarez, Buenos Aires, Argentina/St. Patrick's College) provided one goal each. Kennedy-Butler and Miranda Mascia (Blakeslee, Pa./Pocono Mountain West) tallied five draw control wins.
Lucia Cisilino (Tandil, Buenos Aires, Argentina/San Jose) and Gabby Lodato (Union, N.J./Union) combined for six ground balls.
Hannah Osbahr (Old Bridge, N.J./Old Bridge) made six stops for Keystone.
For MAC, Katie Figinski tallied six goals and eight points.
