HOLLYWOOD, Md.- The Keystone College cross country competed in the 2024 United East Championship Saturday afternoon hosted by St. Mary's College of Maryland.
Corey Scochin (Scott Township, Pa./Holy Cross) finished 51st overall at 33:44. Ryan Semon (Factoryville, Pa./Lackawanna Trail) finished 62nd with a time of 34:53.
On the men's side, Penn College took the team crown with 49 points. St Mary's finished second with 68. Lancaster Bible's Mitchell Grey claimed the individual title with a time of 26:04. H beat the second-place runner by 43 seconds.
St. Mary's captured the women's team championship with 30 points, and Cairn finished second with 92. Clarisse Hayden won the women's race at 24:04. Abby Ames from Lancaster Bible finished right behind her with a time of 24:07.
The Giants close out the 2024 season with the NCAA Mideast Regional in Lock Have. The regional competition is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 16.
