ITHACA, N.Y. - The Keystone College wrestling program wrapped up the 2022-23 season at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regionals this weekend, hosted by Ithaca College.
The Giants had five individuals compete in the double-elimination bracket.
141: Michael Palinkas (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) lost by fall (:38) to Xavier Pena (Centenary) and by fall (4:38) to Andy Beras (New Jersey City)
149: CJ Riccobono (New Hyde Park, N.Y./New Hyde Park Memorial) lost in overtime (8-6) to Dominick Vinci (Alfred State) and by major decision (11-1) to Shane Strausser (Elizabethtown)
157: Mariano Monacelli (Scranton, Pa./Scranton) lost by fall (1:13) to Cullen van Rooyen (Penn College) and by fall (3:26) to Joshua Maslyn (St. John Fisher)
165: Codi Bomboy (Montrose, Pa./Elk Lake) lost by fall (1:41) to Shawn Marchesano (Ursinus) and by fall (1:19) to Travis Jones (Ithaca)
285: Brendan Hamilton (Lennhartsville, Pa./Hamburg Area) lost by fall (:49) to Peter Wersinger (TCNJ) and by fall (1:58) to Ben Krauss (Muhlenberg)
